(31) Resource Gantt chart
Displays the schedule resource-by-resource, showing clearly the order of jobs on each resource. You can customize various aspects of the display, including the strings displayed, display colors, included resources, display order, and display content.
(32) Job movement
You can easily move jobs by dragging and dropping with the mouse. Jobs that have been moved are automatically fixed, so that the next time you reschedule, earlier and later jobs will automatically move to accommodate the changes you made and correct any broken constraints.
(33) Push to right or left
You can select multiple jobs and push them all to the right or left, eliminating any spaces between the jobs.(34) Shift changes
You can change the shifts associated with each resource and day simply by selecting the relevant cells on the Gantt chart and choosing the new shift or work pattern from a pop-up menu. This allows you to add maintenance breaks and overtime shifts or respond to sudden machine breakdowns through easy mouse operations.
(35) Lot Gantt chart
Displays the schedule lot-by-lot, showing clearly the ongoing progress of the lot, including its production start time, production end time, and the resources used in between. You can see how the lot's production end time compares to its due date and modify the lot's due date or earliest start time by dragging with the mouse. You can customize various aspects of the display, including the strings displayed, display colors, included lots, display order, and display content.
(36) Inventory graph
Displays for each item production, consumption, shipping, receiving, and actual inventory levels in graphical and numerical format. You can customize various aspects of the display, including aggregation periods, aggregation by item group, included items, display order, and display content. If you input on-hand inventories and future purchase plans, these will be reflected in the inventory graph.
(37) Load graph
Displays the load on resources in graphical and numerical format. You can customize various aspects of the display, including aggregation periods, aggregation by resource group, included resources, display order, and display content.
(38) Lateness graph
Displays for each item or customer a histogram showing how many lots were completed early or late with respect to their due dates.
(39) Wait time graph
Displays a histogram showing the distribution of wait times for jobs, according to the item produced or the resource used for production.
(40) Lead time graph
Displays a histogram showing the distribution of wait times for lots, according to the associated item or customer.
(41) BOM editor
Displays the structure of the parts table (bill of materials) in graphical format. You can add, delete, cut, copy, and paste processes through easy mouse operations. You can double-click on nodes in the structure to edit data from the item table, parts table, and resource capacity table.
(42) Display settings
The Gantt chart, lot Gantt chart, inventory graph, load graph, lateness graph, wait time graph, and lead time graph all have display settings in which you can customize various aspects of the display, including display colors, display order, display filters, display content, numerical display, and graphical display.
(43) Style settings
You can assign a name to various combinations of display settings and register them as styles so as to easily invoke them later.
(44) Simultaneous display of multiple charts
You can view simultaneously multiple Gantt charts, lot Gantt charts, inventory graphs, load graphs, lateness graphs, wait time graphs, and lead time graphs, specifying different display settings for each.
(45) Chart synchronization
You can link together any number of Gantt charts, lot Gantt charts, inventory graphs, and load graphs for synchronous display, so that when you scroll or zoom on one graph, the others are automatically scrolled or zoomed as well.(46) HTML view
You can display HTML in an internal window in Asprova. Scripts embedded in the HTML can access Asprova's run-time data.
(47) Unassigned jobs
Displays a list of all unassigned jobs.(48) Tardy lots
Displays a list of all lots that are scheduled to be completed later than their due dates.
(49) Print preview
Displays an image of what the screen would look like when printed, which you can confirm before printing. You can print graphical displays such as the Gantt chart, as well as various data in table format.
(50) Toolbars
In addition to executing commands from the menu bar, you can also execute frequently-used commands by clicking on the associated button in Asprova's tool bars, making such operations faster and easier. You can collect the commands that you use most often and place them in your own custom tool bar.
(51) Data tip display
Information on jobs, time periods, command buttons, and other objects are displayed as data tips, which pop up automatically when you point to an object with the mouse.
(52) Record grouping
You can define item groups and resource groups to reduce data volume or to filter display in the various graph windows.(53) Work pattern changes
You can select work patterns from a pop-up menu on the Gantt chart. By combining several shifts together, you can specify complicated patterns such as 3 people being available in the morning, 5 in the afternoon, and 1 at night.(54) Jump feature
You can use pop-up menus to jump freely between the various tables and graphical displays.
(55) Status bar
Information on the job, resource, etc., to which you are pointing appears automatically in the status bar, along with the current number of unassigned jobs and forcibly assigned jobs.
