COM (Component Object Model)

COM is a Microsoft standard for component programming. By making use of the COM interfaces provided by Asprova, developers build programs that access or modify Asprova's internal data and extend Asprova's menus, scheduling logic and dialogs. These interfaces provide a high degree of flexibility to Asprova's scheduling system and enable safe and easy customization of Asprova's functionality by users and system integrators.

Application Plug-in Collection

Features covered in the extension plug-ins include filtering lots on the lot Gantt chart, screen-to-screen jump features, fixing all jobs within a lot, sending work instructions by e-mail, various search features, deleting completed lots, and displaying custom graphs.

OLE DB

While in earlier versions of Asprova could input or output master data only via CSV text files, the OLE DB feature now makes it easy to link directly to nearly any data source, including Oracle, SQL Server, MDB files (Jet engine), and ODBC. XML

Asprova natively supports input and output of data in XML format, and in conjunction with the AsprovaTalk Server exchanges XML data with multiple clients over a network.
