Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Reality Capture Group Manager to lead our field scanning operations and oversee the coordination of post-processing activities. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the scanning field team, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
• Manage and coordinate the post-processing team to ensure timely and accurate data preparation.
• Train and mentor new hires in field techniques, processing workflows, and company standards.
• Utilize FARO Scene for registration and processing of scan data.
• Apply practical survey experience (field collection and office processing) to ensure accuracy and efficiency of data capture.
• Coordinate point cloud handoff to modeling teams, ensuring smooth transition and completeness of data packages.
• Maintain and enforce safety protocols and company quality standards.
• Work closely with project managers and clients to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in laser scanning, surveying, or related reality capture field.
• Proven experience leading teams in a technical or field-based environment.
• Proficiency in FARO Scene and related registration software.
• Strong background in survey methods, both field and processing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and develop junior staff.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

Preferred

• Familiarity with CAD or BIM platforms (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) for integration of point cloud data.
• Project management experience.

Industrial Engineer (Dearborn, MI) Developing digital manufacturing models using scanning, 3D Modeling and manufacturing optimization tools. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: ·         Review and answer request for inspection orders (RFI) responses from PDC’s and processing centers ·         Create Field Wires in responses to RFI’s ·         Contact Suppliers on issues relating to nonconforming material ·         Provide input for Problem Report Resolution (PRR) for supplier issues ·         Apply order writing control on suspect stock ·         Interface with SPO and Product Engineering to resolve part issues Job Description Work involves functioning as the quality support for the manufacturing facility, and as a technical liaison between engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to resolve quality issues.  In addition, the work includes monitoring current production quality metrics, field warranty metrics and providing technical support to ensure products conform to quality standards.  One must apply diversified knowledge of quality engineering principles and practices to produce and/or coordinate the solutions to complex problems. Considerable creativity and initiative are required. Independent judgment is required with some direction from the supervisor. • Must have current direct experience with the process, workflow, and use of Autodesk BIM design solutions, especially Revit and AutoCAD
• Must understand the workflow between various members of the design team
• Must have direct experience with architectural design methods related to building planning, design, and construction
