Work Instructions and Shop Floor Documentation
This application enables a user to generate web-compatible shop floor documentation with automatic fill-in of product and process information. The application quickly and easily references to product, plant and resource graphics, and to digital video. Use of the application improves the readability and accuracy of work instructions by providing accessibility to product and process information located virtually anywhere.
Quality Management
This application enables the user to create and manage P-FMEA, D-FMEA, and control documents to manage dimensional quality from the design stage through process planning and into production. The application manages and assigns Poka-Yoke methods for quality assurance and developing appropriate shop floor documentation. The application also allows the user to enter and manage shop-floor-generated X-Bar and R charts for quality feedback reporting and distribution.
Ergonomics
This application enables quick and easy evaluation of work tasks to determine if safety problems may exist. It enables evaluation of strength issues, reach issues, repetition injuries, and other ergonomic considerations. It enables quick access to tables, charts, and reference information regarding anthropometrical population sizes, standard heights, and Materials Safety Data Sheets.
MSDS
Materials Safety Data Sheets. Quickly obtain the MSDS sheets (as PDF scanned images) for your facility by specifying either a location in your plant or a chemical name/ID. Our interface to your AutoCAD layout (via our plant layout viewing module) even enables you to graphically view the chemical locations in each of your facilities.
Plant Layout Viewing
This application enables the user to quickly view AutoCAD drawings for all factories globally. It handles "as-is" and planned versions for each plant or area, and provides the ability to redline, markup, and e-mail layout notes and modifications. The Layout application allows users to create, track, and resolve open issues while quickly and easily navigating and searching for plants, buildings, departments, lines, workcenters, storage areas, and machines.
