In combination with your Enterprise Dynamics software you can purchase maintenance. This will give you the following extras:
Software Updates
Development on the Enterprise Dynamics software is continuous. To provide you with the latest developments, we have one major release each year. This release contains new and improved features and functionality as well as bug fixes. We also have two minor releases (Maintenance Packs) each year. These include improved features and functionality, sometimes accompanied with a beta release of a new functionality, and bug fixes.

Jumpstart program
Especially for users new to the software or users who are starting-up a new (demo) project we have created the possibility to call in the help of an PMC ED Group expert user. ED group has both simulation and ED modeling skills as well as knowledge of specific business areas. They will assist you in setting up a framework of your model and tackle the first problems you encounter. This way you are certain your project has a good base, to make it a success.
The jumpstart program is available only to users with a valid maintenance contract and is offered at a 25% discount. The jumpstart program is limited to a maximum of 5 days.
On-Site assistance
When you experience modeling problems and cannot solve them yourself or when you are facing a deadline, you can call in the help of an PMC ED Group expert user. He/She can assist you on short notice to get you on the road again. On-Site assistance is only available to users with a valid maintenance contract and is offered at a 25% discount. On-Site assistance is limited to a maximum of 5 days.
Training
For users who are new to the software we provide a basic training to get acquainted with the software and its possibilities. Read more about this on the training pages. Course Training will be given in our training centers in Dearborn, Michigan and Austin, Texas but can also be given In-house at your company. No maintenance contract is required to attend a course.
