Simulation : Methodology

PMC has developed a comprehensive simulation modeling methodology based on its more than twenty years of experience on over 2000 simulation projects. These include small, mid-sized, and large simulation projects in a wide range of industries, including automotive, steel, appliance, electronics, food, medical supplies, aerospace, plastics, furniture manufacturing, health care, and insurance.

PMC's simulation methodology consists of 8 major phases and more than 70 steps, as given below. For a more detailed description of the simulation methodology, please refer to a paper by Dr. Onur Ulgen, John J. Black, Betty Johnsonbaugh, and Roger Klungle titled "Simulation Methodology -- A Practitioner's Perspective".
